We loved this hotel, it was fairly clean with an absolutely perfect and extremely friendly and wonderfully friendly staff.

Ideal place, fairly clean, well stocked rooms and extremely friendly staff. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location just off Ashland or Greenup Kentucky and restaurants. Also, close to everything.

The pool area was clean, rooms were impeccably clean and luxurious.

Overall the place is clean and well-maintained, it met expectation. The breakfast is more than awesome and great. I appreciated the staff, they are very, very nice and courteous: D

Spent here 2 great days and would definitely come back there. I appreciated having 2 queen size beds in the room, that was clean too. The staff were amicable and accommodating hole time of my stay. Also, location was favourable and magnificent, relatively near Ohio University Southern.

The hotel itself was ideal and fairly clean and the staff where affable, it had absolutely perfect location to the Pick n'Save grocery store.

Decent sized and well-stocked room and bathroom with a tub. Awesome and great breakfast and lots of goodies. Marvellous, favourable location close enough to a quite area and downtown and Ashland or Greenup Kentucky.

It was beautifully kept and well-maintained hotel and we had a such wonderful stay. The location of the venue was magnificent - not very far from Ohio University Southern.

The staff here is extremely friendly, providing a level of service that rivals top-notch hotels around the world. The lady who prepares breakfast is exceptional, always starting your day with a smile and a kind word. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfy, making it hard to leave.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was spotless, with clean rooms and a well-maintained lobby and dining area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They promptly delivered an extra blanket to my room upon request. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The outdoor patio area was perfect for relaxing, with comfortable outdoor furniture and cool string lights. The indoor pool was open 24 hours, and there were also horseshoe pits and cornhole available. The hotel's location was convenient and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the full-size Dove products in the bathroom and the helpfulness of the housekeeping staff. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

The hotel was near to Ironton, Ohio thanks to its perfectly comfortable and magnificent location. A double room included central heating, flat-screen television and ironing facilities.
